8You are allowed to sell food containing bugs and rodent hair according to the FDA
Interestingly enough, the FDA allows you to sell both bugs and rodent hair for consumption as part of most foods. This is because the FDA acknowledges the fact that both these elements are bound to get in contact with vegetables, seeds, and pretty much any type of marketable food type. According to these regulations, you are allowed to sell an average of 30 or more insect fragments and one rodent hair per each 100 grams of food.
