The argument of nature over nurture has never been more important than when discussing a person’s intelligence quotient (IQ). There are some who believe that intelligence is passed down through good genes, while others are on the opinion that it has to be developed through studying and applying one’s self.
Interestingly enough, studies show that both side of the argument are crect to some extent, as all recorded geniuses throughout history achieved their status by passing through layers upon layers of education.
Still, it doesn’t take a genius to know that some people are smarter than others, and anybody who has ever worked in customer service will agree. This being said, here are 10 of the smartest people who have ever lived, people who by all accounts, aced their IQ tests when taking them.
